Who We Are
The collaborative is a dedicated group of representatives from local health care professionals, advocacy groups, educators, government groups, and other entities involved in cancer prevention, service access, and survivorship support.
Our shared vision is to improve cancer care and decrease the burden of this disease on individuals and their caregivers.
Member organizations serve these East Central Florida counties: Brevard, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Lake, Sumter, and
Marion.

FY 2024-2025 Action Plan at a Glance
To identify cancer risk earlier, recruit primary care medical offices to join the Florida Cancer Prevention Network
that provides them with resources to improve patient cancer literacy, screenings for those patients identified as having a lung, breast, colorectal, prostate, or skin cancer risk, and survivorship resources for their patients returning from cancer treatment.
Recruit primary care medical offices to join the Florida Cancer Prevention Network that provides them with tobacco cessation and lung cancer prevention and treatment resources to improve patient cancer literacy, screenings for those patients identified as having a lung cancer risk, and a directory of specialists available to provide treatment.
Recruit primary care medical offices to join the Florida Cancer Prevention Network that provides them with resources to improve patient cancer literacy, screenings for those patients identified as having one or more of these cancer risks, and a directory of specialists available to provide treatment.
Recruit primary care medical offices to join the Florida Cancer Prevention Network that provides them with resources for survivorship for their patients returning from cancer treatment.
